What does setting no_proxy to comma seperated 0-9 mean?

I understand that ip addresses and host names put under no_proxy are going to be accessed without going through a proxy.
What is no_proxy=0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 supposed to mean though?

It's possibly an attempt to apply theno_proxy

It's possibly an attempt to apply theno_proxy
