Spacewalk Not listing systems for trust

I have two servers with Spacewalk, each with it's own organization. I managed to configure them in a master/slave setup, but when I try to manage the Trust between them, no systems are listed above the "manage Trust" button. How to make this work so as to migrate systems from one organization to the other?
