I have to add sidekiq script in red hat sysV based os

As a check, there is no folder of systemd in lib and upstart in the share folder.so my system is sysV based OS.
But I hit this command on the server
$ /sbin/init --version
init (upstart 0.6.5)
I am confused Please guide me I have to add sidekiq service that starts on boot.
