VirtualBox failed to open iso? [closed]

When I try to attach an iso, I got the error "could not get the storage format of the medium",



and then (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED), though I am pretty sure the system I chose and the iso match.



I am using ubuntu 18.04 lts.
