Linux Permission issue with vmware shared folder

So I am using Kali image in VMware workstation. I am using shared folder from windows 10.The issue is that all the files/folders in the shared folder have executable permission. I did ( 0755 all folders and 0644 all files but it still does have the same permission )

          As far as I remember, this is a "feature" on the Windows side. Ignore it.
