Can OSv UniKernel be run on a Proxmox KVM cluster? [closed]

I have read around and can't see any reason why a proxmox KVM cluster would not be compatible with OSv that can run on KVM but I couldn't find any references to such a set up.

I know the kernel is modified and as such I am wondering if that introduces any potential compatibility issues.
