RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example-study.com/$1 [R=301,L]

In my second file

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %HTTP_HOST ^careers.example-study.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.careers.example-study.com /$1 [R=301,L]

In my third file

If you simply want to have 3 different deployments accessible on 3 different URLs, isn't it enough to set up 3 virtual hosts? Why do you want to rewrite the URLs?
