In /etc/systemd/system.conf
, I'd like to reset DefaultLimitNOFILE=
to the original compiled value. I set it to 1048576
, then I cleared it by commenting the line for DefaultLimitNOFILE
.
Now, it reads unlimited:
$ ulimit -Hm
unlimited
Additionally, is there a way to reload these values after changing them without having to restart the computer?
