My linux system just upgraded to CentOS7 from CentOS6. I have been using the GCC distribution of a specific software module on CentOS6. When running the same version of the software with the same compiler version (GCC/5.4.0-2.26 and OpenMPI/1.10.3) on CentOS7, there are slight differences in the outputs. What could be causing this difference (I have little to no knowledge of how Linux distribution systems work)?
