How can I debug an HTML/JavaScript/rendering in GNOME Web?

I have encountered a web application bug in GNOME Web (Epiphany). The page stays white with a small "Loading..." message in the bottom left corner. I don't get this bug in other browsers.

How can I investigate how much it has loaded / rendered, whether it's stuck in JavaScript, etc? (Or, what's the equivalent of Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools in GNOME Web?)
