On the command line in Nano editor my HOME and END keys cause the editor to show the message [ Unknown Command ]. On the same numberpad (shown below) the arrow keys work, and PGUP and PGDN work. If I turn numlock on the number keys work as expected. It's only HOME and END that don't work as expected.
In another application I also also experience issues with HOME and END, which I suspect may be related. However in the editor I'm typing this question into right now (Chrome) HOME and END work as expected. HOME and END also work just fine on the command line.
It's only Nano, and one odd text editor that I experience problems in. If I could fix the issue for Nano I'd be quite happy. Any guesses?
