I have a VPS server that came with Debian 7 as requested. The exact version is 7.11, and I would like to upgrade it to 7.2, the recommended version to run Airtime (a radio server). Yes, I know it's old and its end of life is soon.

I have tried with snapshot.debian.org as seen here, using the very last date before 7.3 was released (20131213). Sadly, it seems to update all but the OS itself, even thought I did do apt-get upgrade and apt-get dist-upgrade.

Would you please tell me how to do the trick? It's the very first step and it's giving me a headache.
Thank you very much.

7.2 isn’t an upgrade from 7.11, it’s a downgrade; 7.11 was the last release in the Debian 7 series. Are you sure you want to downgrade to 7.2?

Ok, that makes things very differently then, thank you. I will have to research more before preceding.
