ssh passwordless in ambari

after ssh-keygen
ssh-copy-id -i ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub root@hostname01
but it says
Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).
what to do ???
i have done permit root login yes, passwordless authentication yes
ssh rhel

IsChallengeResponseAuthenticationset tono? Did you restart thesshdservice after making the changes?
