so i recently installed antergos on my laptop and i get no sound out of my speakers or my headphones - hdmi out does not work either. i have tried going into alsa mixer and its not muted.

 $ inxi -xA
Audio: Card-1 bytcht-es8316 driver: bytcht-es8316
Card-2 Intel HDMI/DP LPE Audio driver: HdmiLpeAudio
Sound: Advanced Linux Sound Architecture v: k4.15.8-1-ARCH

upon trying speaker-test -c2 i get this

speaker-test 1.1.5

Playback device is default
Stream parameters are 48000Hz, S16_LE, 2 channels
Using 16 octaves of pink noise
Rate set to 48000Hz (requested 48000Hz)
Buffer size range from 16 to 204800
Period size range from 8 to 102400
Using max buffer size 204800
Periods = 4
Unable to set hw params for playback: Invalid argument
Setting of hwparams failed: Invalid argument

and trying pavucontrol just sits there establishing connection.

trying lspci -nn | grep Audio gives me no output but lspci gives me this
