which gdalinfo returns /usr/bin/gdalinfo. This directory contains 'libNCSEcw.so.0' file.

I have added include /usr/bin to /etc/ld.so.conf and have run ldconfig. Error persists.

UPDATE: distribution is "Oracle Linux Server release 6.8"
