I have UDP packets coming in via ethernet at 192.168.1.2 and I have a hotspot running at 10.42.0.1

I am connected to the hotspot.

How do I configure my network so that packets coming to 192.168.1.2 are broadcasted by the hotspot so that any device connected to the hotspot can access the packets ?

Thanks.
