Short Question: How can I find the process ID of an app running an open window on my Chrome OS device.

Background: I'm using Android Apps on Chrome OS. An Android adware app is popping up two unwanted windows on the screen. I'm trying to isolate the app. I can not find it in the chrome task manager. I've tried right clicking on the chrome active task icon on the home screen but there's no inspection option for the app.
