I am running a persistent install of Fedora 26 on a usb flash drive. Most of the time things run fine but occasionally programs will lock up for up to 2 minutes. Usually it's an individual program and it seems most programs (or maybe just programs that use graphics) are affected.
Are there enhancements I can use for running Linux on flash media to make things run smoother?
