change maillog default path in rsyslog
Clash Royale CLAN TAG#URR8PPP
I am using redhat linux and the default location of my postfix is /var/log/maillog
. I am trying to change maillog location to /app/log/maillog
. I have tried to update rsyslog.conf
mail.* -/app/log/maillog
I need to find the right procedure to change the path of mail log.

Did you restart rsyslog after making this change? Is the new logfile then created?
