Desktop wallpaper visible through the “seams” between panel and window on Ubuntu 18.04, KDE

So, for the past few days on KDE the wallpaper has been visible between the panel and the window/bottom of my monitor. If you look closely here you can see the purple/red wallpaper breaking through



Anyone have a fix?
