Install kernel devel in CentOS-6.3 VM

I installed a CentOS-6.3 VM with the Parallels and at the time of installing the Parallels tools, I get the message,

 An error occurred while installing the following packages: Ã¢Â”Â‚ 
 Ã¢Â”Â‚ - kernel-devel-2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.i686 Ã¢Â”Â‚ 
 Ã¢Â”Â‚ Ã¢Â”Â‚ 
 Ã¢Â”Â‚ Install these packages manually and start the Parallels Ã¢Â”Â‚ 
 Ã¢Â”Â‚ Tools installation again.

When I tried to install the required kernel-devel with the yum, I get the message,

$ yum install kernel-devel-2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.i686

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, security
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 * base: mirror.dhakacom.com
 * extras: mirror.dhakacom.com
 * updates: mirror.dhakacom.com
http://people.centos.org/hughesjr/chromium/6/i386/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404"
Trying other mirror.
Setting up Install Process
No package kernel-devel-2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.i686 available.
Error: Nothing to do
